This very spacious 1 bedroomed apartment is centrally located and extremely convenient for all of Falmouth's amenities being a 2 minute walk to the seafront, and 5 minutes to the town centre and harbourside. The apartment has been completely refurbished to a very high standard, providing a comfortable and relaxed feeling in a lovely old house, now over a hundred years old. There is a successful blend of the traditional with contemporary facilities. There are two large flat screen televisions, both with DVD players, iPod docking stations and free Wi-Fi for our guests. The apartment has its own private furnished deck which overlooks the garden and has glimpses of the harbour.
Created in 2011 from the old servants' quarters of the house and decorated and finished to a very high standard. There is a modern kitchen with granite worktops and equipment includes a dishwasher, washing machine, a full size electric cooker, a fridge, a separate freezer and a microwave. All the kitchen equipment is spotlessly clean ready for the new season. There is a large, comfortable lounge area adjoining the kitchen and a large double/twin bedroom. There is also a spacious ensuite shower room, complete with heated towel rails and hairdryer. In addition, there is also another separate cloakroom. Bedroom can be arranged as super-king or twins.
