Experience:
- Appropriate experience gained within a hotel reception or reservations role
- Experience working within a busy hotel environment
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- IT self-sufficient with strong experience using Microsoft
- Experience using a Property Management System (Hotel Perfect preferable)
Food & Beverage Supervisor
Our ideal candidate will be required to support our restaurant management team and run some of their own shifts. They need to be organised, motivated with superb communication skills. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be expected to direct and evaluate the food and beverage service, train the junior members of staff, set departmental targets and objectives, work with policies and procedures as well as assist the other senior members of the management team in the day to day running of the business. This role will involve a mixture of shifts which will include splits, mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. If you are approachable, confident, friendly, and above all passionate about food and drink, with an attitude willing to deliver exceptional hospitality this could be the role for you.
You must have/be able to demonstrate success in a similar role and preferably within a 4-5 star, 1-2 rosette environment. You must have experience of working within a motivated and high performing team of professionals Must have a flexible approach as you may be required to work some duty manager shifts as part of the role Must have vision and focus in to achieve goals and strive for success Will have experience of working with and towards targets Must have good food & beverage knowledge and local area knowledge.
Salary: Salary: £16, 000 – £17, 000.00 depending on experience, as well as free Gym and Spa Membership, discounts from Spa Treatments.
