The living area occupies the entire ground floor, creating a large social space, including a luxury kitchen with AGA, granite worktops, electric oven, and dishwasher. The beautiful wooden flooring extends through to the dining area, where six guests can comfortably enjoy a meal of fresh local produce and while spending some quality time together. At the rear of the house you’ll find a homely seating area with flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, WiFi and iPod dock to give you plenty of entertainment options.

When it’s warm outside, you can bring the fresh air and the Cornish ambience inside by throwing open the French doors, or step outside to enjoy the sun in the glorious enclosed garden, in the company of a vibrant variety of plants. Relax with a book on the outdoor furniture, lounge in the summer house, or gather around the table for some high quality family time. At the rear of the garden, you’ll find a handy utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, WC and sink.

The first floor of the cottage contains one twin bedroom and two single bedrooms with quality bedding provided. On this floor you’ll also find a family bathroom, complete with WC, sink, and bath with shower over.

You’ll find the master suite on the second floor of the house. The super king size bed provides a blissful night’s sleep after a long day of enjoyment and adventure. The en-suite, featuring a WC, sink and shower, is decorated in a modern nautical theme.

There is a dedicated off-road parking space at the rear of the cottage. Guests are advised that the access to the space is via a narrow driveway that runs between neighbouring properties, and although we regularly negotiate this with our own large SUV, less confident drivers may find the access difficult if they have a particularly large vehicle.

Slip Cottage is sure to be enjoyed by all – even the family dog, who is more than welcome.
